CTPL/CTL when tank pressure at 1 atmosphere

When calculating the Gross Standard Volume (GSV) in a shore tank at a pressure of 1 atmosphere (CPL=1), the factor ‘Ctpl’/’CTL’ is the same as which other factor?

Answer: VCF or Volume Correction Factor
