Day 17 – Water weight

Most of the weight I lost last week was regained. Maybe because I drank too much water yesterday after my workout.

Yep, too much water.

Try to sweat it off today, although losing water weight ain’t the goal, but then again seeing the number drops is very satisfying.

Food diary

Breakfast

Maggie goreng with friend chicken wings and black coffee.

Yea, not a very healthy option 😂

Lunch

A slice of cake, too sweet for me. Only ate about a quarter of it.

Dinner

Bihun bandung.

Memories of the day

Spent most of the evening chasing my boy around the #beach.

By the way, I love the Samsung S10+ camera 🤩
