Day #16 – 2nd ego depletion

In short, I over eat today. Or at least I think so.

Food diary

Breakfast- an apple


Ice lemon tea.

White rice, tempeh, egg, ayam masak merah and quite significant amount of vegetables (as a way to compensate the extra food I suppose)


Seafood fried rice.

Lesson learned

I need more control barriers. Ego depletion certainly doesn’t feels good and it makes me felt, guilty.

Well, let’s work better tomorrow.

Regardless, I’m grateful for all the blessings I have in my life. Since at times, we might tend to forget how much we have, when pursuing that which we don’t have.
