Day #14 – Back in Office

Back to office.

First thing that I did today was to update my development plan and career plan. Although I think a much deeper thoughts need to be put into it.

Food Diary

Breakfast

Kaya toast with black coffee

Lunch

Same as usually. Hopefully the last food I’ll have during working hours this week. Decided to postpone my fast since I leg still hurts.

Glass noodles with beef soup

Dinner

Pizza hut pasta.. the least fast food at a fast food joint. Or atleast I think so.

Insyallah, tomorrow I’ll be fasting. Hopefully my leg does not hurt as much..

Snacks

Pears.
