Abdullah bin Busr narrated that an Arab Bedouin once asked: “Ya Rasulullah, who is the best of mankind?”
He (Rasulullah) answered: “He whose life is long and whose deeds are good.”
1. The best man is one who has a long life, on the condition that he does amal soleh (good deeds).
2. The best man is one who consistently does amal soleh throughout his entire life.
3. The best man is one who increases his amal soleh, andsees being granted a longer life as an opportunity to do more good deeds. 4. Treat age as a businessman would treatcapital. Not taking advantage of your age is a clear loss.
